Who is responsible?
Corenio B.V. is responsible for processing personal data for enquiries through this website. Contact us at Grotestraat 84, 5931 CX Tegelen, Netherlands, at info@corenio.com or on +31 85 822 4149. Support enquiries go to helpdesk@corenio.com.
What data and why?
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, company name and message, together with any optional details such as your phone number or module interests. Required fields are needed to handle your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal data.
We use this information to answer questions, arrange a demo or provide support. For steps you request before entering into a contract and for contractual support, the legal basis is performance of a contract. For general business enquiries and abuse prevention, it is our legitimate interest in being accessible and securing our services. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Forms and human verification
Demo and contact enquiries are sent through FormSubmit to nemat@corenio.com. The support form uses the same service to send messages to helpdesk@corenio.com. After submitting, you leave this website for FormSubmit’s human verification using Google reCAPTCHA. These external services may process technical data, such as your IP address and browser information, and use their own cookies. Verification is not loaded in advance on this website.
Our hosting and email providers also process technical data to deliver and secure the website and email. External providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for information about processing locations and applicable safeguards.
Retention and your rights
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and follow up on related agreements, support or any disputes. A legal retention obligation may require longer storage. You can ask for information about the retention period applying to your data.
You can email info@corenio.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on a legitimate interest. These rights are subject to the conditions of the GDPR. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. This website does not make automated decisions about you with legal effects.
